The protection of the privacy and the personal right of our customers, suppliers or clients is important to us. Data that is collected during your visit on our website is only processed in accordance with the data protection regulations, particular in accordance with the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Collection and Usage of Data

During the visit of our website protocol information is collected by our web server. However, this is not personal data in the sense of § 3 section 1 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act). We are not able to match the collected data to a certain natural person. All of this data is exclusively used by us for statistic purposes. A transfer to third parties is not performed.

Personal data is only collected by us to its full extend as far as the customer provides it to us, e.g. within the registration as a user or when ordering our products. After closing of the contract we will transfer and store the personal data e.g. customer addresses for execution of purchase, to our system. With his purchase, the customer explicitly agrees to this transfer.

We use your data to perform the contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Only if you gave us your consent beforehand we also will use this data for advertising and marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter). You have the right of revocation regarding a given consent at any time.

Your data is only transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the realisation of a given order and in the scope of financial handling, depending on the method of payment to the particular financial service company, as far as this is necessary for the handling of the payment. A transmission of your data to third parties or the use of advertising purposes is not performed. With the full performance of the contract and the full payment, the customer data will be blocked for further usage and will be erased at the end of regulations according to tax law and commercial law.

If payment is performed via PayPal or - if offered - “purchase on account” via PayPal, we transmit the payment data of the customer within the scope of payment handling to PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter known as: “PayPal”). PayPal reserves the right of performing a credit check. PayPal uses the result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of failure for the purpose of deciding whether to offer the corresponding payment method. The credit check may contain probability values (so called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the credit report, they are based on scientifically recognized, mathematical-statistical procedures. Among other data, address data are taken into account when calculating the score values. If you decide on the payment method of paying by credit card, we use a financial service that handles the payment by credit card. The payment handling is performed via an SSL-secure connection. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a well-accepted standard protocol used in the Internet that ensures a safe exchange of data. The financial service receives the payment data and personal data provided by the customer to perform the payment.



Usage of Data when Registering for the Email Newsletter

For the registration of our newsletter we use the so-called: Double-opt-in-procedure. This means we will send you a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address, after the submission of your e-mail address. We will ask you for a confirmation that states that you want to receive the newsletter. If you confirm to receive the newsletter, we will store your e-mail address until you unsubscribe the newsletter. The storing is only for the purpose of being able to send you the newsletter. Your consent of receiving the newsletter can be revoked at any time. You can revoke by clicking on the link that is provided in every newsletter e-mail, or by sending a message to the contact stated below.

Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking

We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and in the scope of Google AdWords we use conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysing service of Google Inc. (1600, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, (hereinafter known as: “Google”). If you click on an ad provided by Google a cookie is stored on your computer for the conversion tracking program. These cookies are valid for 30 days and do not contain any personal data and therefore do not serve as personal identification.

If you visit certain sites of our website and the cookie is still valid, we and Google are able to see that you clicked on the advertisement and that you have been redirected to this site. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore there is no possibility that cookies can be traced from websites of AdWords customers.

The information that is collected with the conversion cookie serve the purpose of setting conversion statistics for AdWords customers who decided on using conversion-tracking. With this the customers know the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and which were redirected to a site that uses a conversion tracking tag. They do not receive information, which make it able to identify the user.
